Show you care by dining where it matters throughout the month of May. Promises2Kids has partnered with local restaurants to raise funds for more than 2,000 current and former foster children in San Diego in honor of National Foster Care Month, according to a news release.
Each restaurant will designate a menu item which will the Foodies 4 Foster Kidscampaign. Funds raised will benefit foster children by reuniting siblings living apart in foster care, ing foster youth in reaching their educational and career goals, matching foster youth with mentors, providing resources and opportunities needed to prevent homelessness, and much more.
