
The Rady Children’s Invitational field is filled, again.
TCU will play in the Thanksgiving tournament at USD’s Jenny Craig Pavilion, ing national champion Florida, Providence and Wisconsin for the two-day event. The Horned Frogs replace Kansas, which was initially announced as a tournament participant before opting to play in the Players Era Men’s Championship tournament in Las Vegas.
The Rady Children’s Invitational begins Nov. 27, with the championship and third-place games scheduled for the next day. Matchups and tipoff times will be announced at a later date.
All games will air nationally on either Fox or Fox Sports 1.
TCU has played in 11 NCAA Tournaments. of the Big 12 Conference, the Horned Frogs went 16-11 overall and 9-11 in conference play last season.
Florida is fresh off its third NCAA championship, and the first under coach Todd Golden. The Gators beat Houston 65-63 earlier this month for the title. Providence has been to 22 NCAA Tournaments and four Elite Eights. Wisconsin has played in a pair of Final Fours and has made 28 NCAA Tournaments.
Two-day es range from $95 to $155; $5 from every ticket sold will be donated to Rady Children’s Hospital.
