Encinitas Coastal Rotary Club recently announced its 9th Annual Golf Ball Dropand Silent Auction, which will at-risk youth through local charities. The club’s partners serving this community include the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego, Just in Time for Foster Youth, and Warrior Foundation Freedom Station.
The event features numbered golf balls dropped from a helicopter. The closest ball tothe hole will win $2,000. The event will be held at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course clubhouse on Saturday, May 10, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Event tickets may be purchased byvisiting www.encinitascoastalrotary.org
You can purchase golf balls even if you cannot attend the event by visiting the club’swebsite (address above) and ing the Golf Ball Purchase form. Or request a form at [email protected]. The winner need not be present.

Event tickets includeindulging in a variety of appetizers, enjoying live music, and sipping a cocktail on theclubhouse’s ocean-view veranda while overlooking the ball drop.
