
A 36-year-old bicyclist was hospitalized with leg and arm fractures after a collision with an SUV in the Midway District, according to the San Diego Police Department.
Officers responded to a report of the crash at 8:09 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 2300 block of Midway Drive. They learned that a 55-year-old man driving a 2000 Nissan XTerra west on Midway was approaching the intersection of Enterprise Street with a green light when the cyclist rode into the vehicle’s path and a collision occurred, said Officer Jose Perales.
Police said alcohol was not a factor in the collision.
