<p>Police in Escondido are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a 32-year-old man dead Saturday night.</p><p>Someone called 911 after seeing a man on the ground at the intersection of Seven Oaks Road and Rock Springs Road at about 6:20 p.m., said police Sgt. Russ Whitaker.</p><p>Whitaker said the victim was taken to Palomar Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. His name was not released.</p><p>No suspect information or description of the vehicle was released. Police asked anyone with information about the crash is asked to call Traffic Investigator Paul Smyth at 760-839-4423.</p>
