2024 All-CIF boys water polo teams

Player of the Year: Braylen Axline, Cathedral Catholic

Axline scored three goals in the San Diego Section Open Division championship game, leading the Dons to a 13-9 win over La Jolla. He had five goals in a 12-9 loss to Mira Costa in the Southern California Regionals. He was an All-CIF selection last season and was a member of the USA U16 Team that won a championship in Malta.
