USD (7-3, 5-2) at Morehead State (7-4, 5-2)

When: 10 a.m. Saturday

Where: Jayne Stadium

Streaming: ESPN+, with radio call on usdtoreros.com

History: USD leads 16-0. The last three wins have been by a touchdown or less.

Toreros notes: There is a miniscule chance that USD could wind up as Pioneer Football League co-champs. But it would take two upsets, one of which would be monumental. Presbyterian (3-4 PFL) needs to upset Butler (5-2). And in the not-gonna-happen category, Stetson (0-6) would need to upset Drake (6-1). Stetson has lost eight straight, the losses coming by an average of 28.4 points per game. Even if the upsets are pulled off and USD beats Morehead State, Drake would receive the PFL’s FCS automatic playoff berth by virtue of beating USD.

Eagles notes:  Morehead is coming off its best win of the season, a 29-20 upset of Drake that ended the Bulldogs’ 17-game PFL winning streak. Wide receiver Nathan Garnett Jr. has caught 38 es for 851 yards, a 22.4-yard average per catch.
