Our mission statement
Voices of Our City amplifies the voices of people impacted by homelessness through music and the arts. Our choir develop renewed hope, personal empowerment, and life skills to achieve their goals.
Our 2025 goals
In 2025, Voices of Our City (Voices) will continue to empower those impacted by homelessness to share their stories and rebuild their lives. By fostering self confidence and a sense of belonging through music, Voices will continue to help San Diegans move from the streets into permanent housing.
The areas we serve
Voices is located in the Bankers Hill area of San Diego and serves people living throughout San Diego County.
Fundraising events
In October 2025, Voices will hold its Annual Benefit Concert. This concert is our largest fundraising event of the year and features new takes on old classics and original songs of hope and resilience written by Voices choir . Calling all volunteers
Voices’ volunteers are comionate people who know that serving a meal with a big smile and friendly conversation provides more than just food.
