SeaWorld seeks to sidestep trial on San Diego’s claim the park owes millions in back rent

Theme park files motion in federal court in hopes of getting a judge to rule in its favor now instead of waiting for a trial next year.

SeaWorld continues to insist it owes no back rent to the city for the time when the park was shut down due to the pandemic.
