Guy B. Woodward Museum Tours by Candlelight
Saturday, Oct. 26 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The museum at 645 Main St. will offer tours by candlelight — something it does only once a year.
The old, adobe home looks beautiful (and spooky) lit only by the glow of candles. Each guest is given a taper to light their way through the house and some of the historic buildings.
Suggested donation is $5 per person.

Merchants Safe Trick or Treat
Every year, the Ramona Chamber of Commerce presents Merchants Safe Trick or Treat, where Main Street businesses open their doors to hand out candy and other goodies to participating children.

Harvest Festival at Mountain View Community Church

Free entertainment including Trunk or Treat carnival games and candy, rock climbing wall, hayride, mechanical bull ride and cake walk. Dancing to live country music. Vendors selling food for a fee.
Howl-O-Ween tours
The California Wolf Center, a nonprofit working on the recovery of wolves in the wild, will host its third annual Howl-O-Ween tours Nov. 2-3 at the conservation facility, Tall Pine and K Q Ranch roads in Julian. Visitors can help toss special Halloween-themed enrichment items like pumpkins to the center’s ambassador wolves during their tour, in a fun, spooky setting. Costumes are welcome. Tours are $50. Advance reservations are required. Visit californiawolfcenter.org/tours.
