Re “SANDAG executives take responsibility for SR-125 toll failures but don’t explain why they waited to act” (April 12): Maybe it’s time SANDAG fold its tent and all the politicians on its board go back to their jurisdictions and its Ph.D.s in urban planning move on elsewhere. A new regional planning organization could be formed comprised of everyday citizens with common sense who understand local resident and business needs.
